I work actively in my parish of Mary, Mother of God promoting the message of Laudato Si’, not only by words, but also with actions. After completing the LSA training, I, together with the parish priest, Fr. Grzegorz, decided to form a Laudato Si’ Circle for the parish.
We prepared Facebook posts to promote the Circle meetings, as well as announced it after the Sunday Masses. For the Season of Creation and St. Francis Sunday Małgorzata with the help of Global Catholic Climate Movement Poland, we all organised an air quality sensor to be installed by the parish.
The air sensor will serve not only an informative role for the faithful of the parish, but it’s also a visible sign that the Church sees air pollution as a real problem affecting our lives and that it needs to be solved.
