Are you looking for a way to Care for Creation and build a better world?
You are in the right place
Welcome to the Laudato Si’ Animators Community
Laudato Si’ Animators are members of the Laudato Si Movement, a global community of prayer and action, who animate their local parishes and communities to engage in ecological spirituality, sustainable lifestyles and advocacy for climate and ecological justice. Animators work to bring Pope Francis’s encyclical Laudato Si’ to life and care for our common home.
“Start by doing what’s necessary; then do what’s possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible.”
St. Francis of Assisi.

“We can all do something”
Brian Savoie gained vital new knowledge through the Laudato Si’ Animator training about caring for creation, and he increased his understanding about how Laudato Si’ is changing lives around the world, not just in the U.S.A.
Turning despair into action for creation
For Knox Peden, Laudato Si’ and the Catholic Church’s response to climate change have done much more than simply motivate him to act. The message of Pope Francis’ landmark encyclical on climate change and ecology helped convince Peden to join the Catholic Church.
In Brazil, responding to Laudato Si’ as a community
Rodrigo Fadul of Brazil turned his personal reaction to Laudato Si’ into a community response earlier this year. Rodrigo felt moved by Pope Francis’ encyclical on climate change and ecology that calls on all people to take action against the climate crisis and care for creation.
